New Year, New Gear

Well 2020 went out with a bang, and with it a wave goodbye to any plans of returning to our pre-pandemic wardrobes. From oversized sweats and jogger sets, to chunky knit co-ords. Living our best lockdown life in our loungewear continues. Staying in staples we once saved for the weekend, are now acceptable as our WFH- ‘I woke up like this’ throw ons. Love it or loathe it, this trend is here to stay.

We may not be winin’ up our waistlines further than the living room, kitchen or bedroom. But that doesn’t mean we can’t give our clothes a well-deserved refresh, right? Wanting to wear something with a look good, feel good factor is exactly the fashion fix we need. Hey, it’s one of the few things we can control right now.

For those wrapped up in a new love affair with fitness apps to keep moving. Adding active wear into the mix of oversized outfits has become part of the new norm. The motivation needed to reach those daily steps, which on some days can feel like a mini or major milestone. So, whether you’re heading out the house for your couch to 5K challenge or a casual stroll to stay on track, make it fashion!
