Hanging plants and floating lighting draping over a bamboo style bed, decorated with plump green cushions and pillows greet me from the entrance of Ikea. Ikea is one of my favourite stores, it has affordable, good quality and easy to assemble furniture and furnishings. I don’t think I can go into the store without leaving with an item. Even if it is a comforting Swedish Meatballs from the restaurant or a hot dog from the food counter. Currently, I am still furnishing my flat despite living here for over two years. I have taken my time to really get a feel of the space and figure out what I really want to make it feel like my luxurious special place. Recently, I went on a trip to Ikea to buy some items from my wish list, unfortunately I didn’t get everything I wanted due to supply interruptions. However, I am pretty pleased with what I picked up. These are my current top picks from Ikea including items which I have on my wish list.
