Manifestation, you tried it.

As we enter the last three months of the year, you may need a few manifestation tips to help you succeed and meet your goals, either this year or the first months of 2022.

So, what is manifestation?

Manifestation is a process of envisioning an idea, dream or goal and taking steps to make the fantasy into a reality. For me, manifestation is a spiritual ritual that unites the physical to make the necessary action plan to reach a set goal. Manifestation is solely based on what you want to achieve in your life and the road map of how to reach it. Manifestation connects both mind and heart, and from that, both organs have a ‘conversation’ of what needs to happen to get a ‘happier you’.

Law of attraction

Remember you are what you think! The Law of attraction is real. Manifestation not only pulls from energy and frequency from your being but also your thoughts. Think about it; our conscious mind isn’t as powerful as our subconscious mind. Although our subconscious stores our beliefs, memories, and skills as we use our subconscious 90-95% of the time, everything you have seen, done or thought is in that secondary mind. It is also your guidance system.

When our vibrations (body energy force field) are low, our mind focuses on negativity and attracts it, messing up our manifestation process and ritual. Low vibration occurs after drinking alcohol, eating a poor diet, and thinking negative thoughts. Although low vibrational can hinder your spiritual welfare, health, and mindset, it may be effective in your healing journey to understand what is holding you back. High vibration can simply raise low vibration by eating fresh and organic food, listening to singing bowls (available on YouTube) or meditation and yoga.

In other words, positive actions create healthy and positive results.

3 Manifestation tips

  • Believe in yourself and your abilities.
  • Create an action plan -write your goals down and read them daily. Own and understand what your dreams could do for your success.       
  • Visualisation is key! (Seeing is achieving)

Manifestation techniques

Affirmations

I know you may understand what affirmations may be through their increase in popularity; essentially, affirmation helps you envision yourself within your set goal. The ‘I AM’ is highly important in bridging the conscious mind to the subconscious mind to believe in your dreams.

This technique requires you to write your goals clearly and intentionally in clear but concise sentences so that you can read them aloud every night before sleep and every morning after awakening. It should be said in confidence and full of belief.

For example:

               I AM going to get a job in…..

               I AM debt free

               I AM beautiful, and I appreciate my beauty

By performing affirmations daily, you train your subconscious mind to make the reality of your affirmation into a reality.

The conscious mind knows that these affirmations do not exist yet. Still, when you repeat the affirmations daily, your subconscious mind starts to believe it and focuses on creating it, which forms the manifestation process.

Meditation

I speak about meditation often in my blogs because I do believe in it. Through meditation, you quiet the mind, relax the spirit and draw energy from the universe. By focusing on your breath, you focus and assess your whole being.

Manifestation meditation is a little bit different. First, instead of keeping your mind clear, you need to focus on one of your goals. Then, try to envision or say it internally /mentally for the manifestation to be practical.

How to intentionally meditate:

  1. Create a quiet and calm atmosphere with candles or dim lighting while burning sage.
  2. Sit or lie comfortably with palms on your lap/thighs
  3. Take five deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth
  4. Focus on your breathing, the flame from a candle, or a focal point
  5. Focus on one of your goals through visualisation or affirmations

(Do not worry thoughts wander in and out, try to refocus on your goal)

Please note *results will not happen overnight.

Manifestation is a great tool to focus on you and making your goals a reality. It can help you understand methods of achieving your goals and allow you to acknowledge your thoughts, vibration and what you truly want in life.
